Slow cooked 14oz lamb shank, olive oil mash, veg, redcurrant jus

Baked hake fillet, fennel and wild garlic cassoulet, warm ciabatta

Roast celeriac, beetroot & cashew wellington, fondant potato, veg, red wine and shallot sauce (vegan)

Sticky toffee pudding, Madagascan vanilla ice cream
